Apple and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup all-purppose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 7 apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 Tbsp water
  • 1 cup shredded charp cheese (such as cheddar)

 

Directions:
  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in small bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Toss apples with water and lemon juice in large bowl.
  4. Spoon into greased 8" baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with flour mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 5 more minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and serve.
